A lease grants you LIMITED user-rights to a beat and allows you to use it on up to 2,500 copies (non-exclusive) 5,000 copies (premium lease) and 10,000 copies (extended premium lease). The purchase of Exclusive rights grants you UNLIMITED use on any medium! The most important point is that you only gain sole membership by purchasing Exclusive rights and will have the rights to get radio and tv airplay! A lease can be sold to more than one person at the same time until Exclusive rights have been sold to the beat
Each purchase includes a contract / invoice & receipt stating your rights of ownership / taxes, etc. and the files in Mp3, and / or .wav format. A normal lease includes the mixed stereo Mp3 file of the beat. Premium Leases, Extended Premium Leases includes a .wav file and Exclusive Rights includes a .wav file and also the separate multitracks of the beat(s). You will receive these files as electronic download links, sent to your email address (provided by paypal). I do not send any parcels or physical data discs.

If you have a credit/debit-card or funds on your paypal-account, you can purchase beats through the paypal-shopping-cart on my sites. YES! As long as you stay within the leasing terms, you are allowed to use it. Selling exclusive rights does not affect previous leases.[/panel]
Once a beat is sold “Exclusive”, the beat may no longer be sold / leased. On the other hand it may be possible that a beat has been leased to several persons before it has been sold “Exclusive”.
NO! You are not allowed to resell the beat(s) or transfer your rights of ownership to a third person.
As long as you have purchased “Exclusive” rights to a beat, you are allowed to do changes to the beat-length, mixing, sounds, etc. by asking for permission via e-mail. This excludes “Non- Exclusive leased beats!
On demand, we can take the sold beat(s) off our sites if the customer has purchased “Exclusive” rights. Leased beats stay on the page since a lease is a non-exclusive license.
If you have used the instant delivery store on our page (leasing rights / exclusive rights), you will have received your orders instantly within seconds after payment to your paypal email address. In case you don’t find the email with the download links in your inbox, please check your spam folder! If you have bought a premium lease or extended premium lease via the small paypal cart, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your purchase after payment. Normally it takes around 1-2 hours to send out orders manually but sometimes things come in between. Please understand that I am very busy and always do my best to answer emails and send files, etc., but even though I do, it´s often not possible to be in the studio or connected to the internet at the same time a person has made a purchase. We will definitely listen to all sent material but often we do not have the time to give feedback or get back at you quickly since we receive large amounts of songs and requests daily. WHEN AVAILABLE…All beats that are up on the page as free or downloads are ONLY free for non-commercial / non-profitable use on demo-tracks. No mixtapes / no albums / no video, TV or radio airplay! Free download does not mean “free beat”. The purpose is to offer people a pre-listening to decide if the song over my beat(s) is worth to invest in a license! You may upload your songs on youtube, soundcloud, etc. by mentioning Kutcre8tors as the producer. Written credit must also be given to “KUTCRE8TORS” (e.g. ‘Beat by Kutcre8tors.com’) in any case.
If someone does not have a license to use my beat(s) on commercial or profitable mediums, I WILL definitely be taking legal action. Anybody found to be abusing the privileges on my sites will most likely face criminal punishment for COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
